Refund & Returns Policy
Last Updated: July 2026
We want every customer to enjoy their Law & Grace experience.
Returns
Because wine is a perishable consumable product, returns are generally accepted only where:
-
the incorrect product was supplied;
-
products arrived damaged;
-
bottles are faulty or corked;
-
products were defective upon delivery.
Damaged Goods
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
-
your order number;
-
photographs of the package;
-
photographs of the affected bottles.
Refunds
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds generally appear within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
Where stock is available, we may replace damaged or incorrect items instead of issuing a refund.
Non-returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
-
opened bottles (unless faulty);
-
products damaged after delivery;
-
orders where the customer changes their mind after dispatch.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
