Delivery Areas
We currently deliver throughout South Africa.
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed over weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time

Major centres: 2–4 business days

Delivery times may vary during peak seasons.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated during checkout based on your location and order size.
Age Verification
Alcohol may only be delivered to persons aged 18 years or older.
Our courier may request a valid South African ID or passport before releasing the order.
If age cannot be verified, delivery may be refused.
Failed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed because:

nobody is available;

the recipient is under 18;

age verification fails;
additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
Damaged Deliveries
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If bottles are damaged or missing, notify us within 48 hours by email together with photographs of the package and products.
