1. Introduction

Welcome to Law & Grace ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase alcoholic products.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.

  • The information you provide is accurate.

  • The recipient of the order is also 18 years or older.

We reserve the right to request proof of age before dispatch or delivery.

3. Licensed Supply of Alcohol

Law & Grace operates this online store.

While our own liquor licence application is in progress, all alcoholic products offered through this website are supplied under the authority of Sommelier's Warehouse, holder of a valid National Liquor Distribution Licence.

Orders are packed and dispatched by Law & Grace on behalf of the licensed distributor in accordance with applicable South African liquor legislation.

4. Products

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and vintages are accurate.

However, due to vintage changes and packaging updates, products may vary slightly from images displayed.

All wines are subject to availability.

5. Pricing

All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR).

Prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Delivery charges are calculated during checkout.

6. Payment

Payments are securely processed through PayFast.

Law & Grace does not store payment card information.

Orders will only be processed after payment has been successfully received.

7. Delivery

Delivery is available within South Africa.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.

8. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where:

  • Age verification cannot be completed.

  • Delivery cannot legally be completed.

  • Fraud is suspected.

  • Products become unavailable.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, logos, photographs and designs, remains the property of Law & Grace unless otherwise stated.

No content may be reproduced without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Law & Grace shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights granted under South African consumer law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
